The products and services on Circulove ( ”Circulove” ”we” ”us” ”our”) website eu.circulove.com are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Service. By visiting and/or purchasing from us you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our Terms of Service may be modified from time to time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. If you do not agree to any changes of these Terms of Service, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting the site or purchasing our products. Changes made after you have placed an order will not affect your order unless we are required to make the change by law.
We cannot guarantee that all items shown on our web store are in stock at the time of your order. Some items might be sold out. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will modify the order accordingly and credit you for the products out of stock, or if we have received payment refund you the amount of purchase price.
Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. We reserve the right to reject your order for any reason without liability to you.
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our online store eu.circulove.com are given in Euros, inclusive of VAT. All transactions are made in Euro. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web store, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order.
Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the prices displayed on the web store. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping cost can vary depending on which country your order is being delivered to. Please view the Shipping section below for more information on countries we ship to and costs.
At the moment we deliver only to selected countries in the EU, including Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany. For other countries and for retail sales inquiries please contact us at email@example.com.
Delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays but may take up to 2-3 business days during peak seasons. The delivery times do account for possible delays caused by payment authorization, Covid-19 restrictions, strikes by local post offices or import companies or delays resulting from international customs issues, or any additional duties or taxes your country may require. No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holds or duty fees beyond our control.
Some delivery services require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for the goods, you will need to arrange redelivery with the carrier or collect the goods yourself. If you fail to do so within the timeframe required by the carrier (usually 7 days), the goods will be returned to us and you will be responsible for all charges incurred for redelivery of the goods.
If you need to return your purchase, please make sure the products are unopened. Returns can be made within 14 days after you received the products. Please send a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. If possible we suggest you gift the unopened products to someone else and save on CO2 impact while avoiding shipping costs.
The customer covers the return shipping cost. We will usually refund your order within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse but please allow up to 30 days for processing a refund as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We do not guarantee that all items included on our web store are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, We will modify your order thereafter and credit you for the product that could not be delivered. We may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web store errors may occur. We cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if we discover that the price is incorrect. In such a case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Parts of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where we act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.
Circulove Oy cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using this site.

In case of Force Majeure, our obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Circulove Oy can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by us. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters, Covid-19 lock outs or similar events. We will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.
These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Finnish law. The laws of your country may differ from Finnish law. Users should comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding the use of our website.
